A girl I've never met

I think I'm in love with a girl on VT I've never actually met. I'm not going to reveal her name here because that would be awkward since I"ve never told her, and I still want to maintain our friendship. I keep having dreams about her, keep thinking about her, I really care about her. I want her to know, but at the same time I don't because I don't want her to think I'm weird, and I know she most likely doesn't feel the same way. I know I'll probably never meet her in person, and this depresses me. She is truely the most amazing person ever and I'll always look up to her. <3 Now how do I get over her? Should I tell her my feelings?

Very true I've never thought about it that way. Problem is she may like someone else. Plus I don't know what to say to her. Hi, I know I haven't met you, but I may have strong feelings for you? I don't know it just seems weird.
