ok...so im 13 and in puberty........and i have a little fat on me and im 5 feet 10 inches tall and weight like 135-140 lbs.....

i want tog ain muscle but especially work my abs to make them stand out more.
Will it be hard since im in puberty, and what are some tips/exercises/strategies to make this happen?

Help would be great:)

Well let me tell you that you are pretty much normal or in the average. You are a little taller for your age, but not by a lot. Your weight also sounds good too.

I'm 5'3 and about 140 pounds and I only have a little fat on me. There's no way you're 7 inches taller, the same weight, and have fat on you.

To get abs, just do some crunches/ab excercises and do some cardio to burn excess fat on your stomach and your body.

You are a little taller for your age, but not by a lot.

Most guys at 13 I knew were still tiny in height! They stayed looking 12 until they were suddenly 15.
