well i'm not sure about internet stuff, I don't have it on my phone, but I do know they cant see text messages unless they have a court order, and I'm pretty sure the same thing applies to pictures (that is, unless you dont delete them)

Im pretty sure that unless your parents specifically ask to see the webpages accessed by your phone then they would never find out, but yeah the phone companies can look up what the phone has accessed. Although they aren't going to tell anyone unless you give your parents a reason to ask them.
