Yes, this is called a spontaneous erection. It happens in stage 2 of tanner stages of puberty. I'm in stage 3 and I still get it.

Mine lasted about 2 years. That's like the maximum. Yours will probably be about 1 year. But after stage 2 you can still get spontaneous erections.

Yes its normal as you go through puberty you will get random boners during the course of the day or when you least expect them. It happens to every guy so its perfectly fine.

it better be or a lot of my day isn't normal = bus ride, math class, any class really, church.

i have no idea why it does what it does, but for some reason it hasnt erected in PE class, in the locker room or gym class or at the doctor office or in sports after school and those showers. For that I am verrrrrrry very thankful.

its almost like if i'm concentrating on something like sports or taking a test it stays out of the way.

Honest to god, half the time i'm in the locker room, i'm hoping it doesnt happen.
