I'm 14 and My Penis is about 5 1/2 inches erect and 1 1/2 to 2 inches soft. Now I think I'm really small but idk. I aint gonna look up pics of wieners to find out....ugh. So can you tell me is this small or big or average. :what: Oh and by the way I'm cut I totally forgot to mention that.

Well of course its going to seem smaller to you. You are 15 and he is 14. A lota shit can happen in a year.

With that said. To the original poster. Dont really listen to him. When I first read this, I was like, "wow this kid is right on the dot to being at the average". I am 14 too and Im 5" errect; 3.5" soft.

I'd say you're normal! Plus, what does it matter? You have no need to be worried. Find someone who doesn't care about the size of your penis. That means they really care about you.
