South Park in terms of the ones you listed. It's got some hidden messages in just about any episode and the people that think the show is loosing the funniness factor I think just don't get some of what they're talking about. Even the new Apple episode, which actually pointed out for a second that apple tracks you - that's actually true. And the apple company really is an evil pile of shit. Really I love the characters and the brilliant satire on pop culture and politics.
It seems like any time I call out Family Guy everyone gets pissed off at me, but I don't see how it's funny. It's like tossing a couple random things together into a sentence and calling it a joke. Maybe i'm the only person that doesn't like that show. I don't know. Everyone seems to think it's hilarious. I think it's fucking stupid.
Yeah, I said it. Family Guy is fucking stupid.
Are we talking about adult cartoons in over all? Because Super Jail is pretty good too. That show is literally a fucking trip.

The Simpsons, no question. South Park was original, and extremely subversive. My problem with it is that now, it's just being subversive for the sake of being subversive.
I understand that the show's ethos is that everything is fair game, which is true. But now they've reached a point where they're running out of worthwhile things to make fun of and also, I feel, pandering to a section of their audience that was only attracted to it because it was so explicit and didn't appreciate any of the actual humour.

South Park... Geesh any topic is NOT off limits and the writers react fairly fast to most issues.
Family Guy is next..then America Dad....lastly, The Simpsons (getting old and stale IMO)
