I am in a very emotional mood. I have been a good mood for about 2months now and I haven't self-harmed for 6, but then Today It just got so bad and I just can't handle it, I need someone to talk too, but there is no one i trust, or who understands what I am going through.

good job with the 6 months :) Try and double it.. We have all experienced horrible days..We may not know what your going through but were here for you and care :)
