sunlight works for some people. chemicals/creams work for others. a simle shower/wash works well... eh. it's different for different people...
try washing you're back with some acne body wash and put some benzyol peroxide if you can everday. sunlight helps clear scars, too.

I also had lots of acne in my back. I went to see a dermatologist, and she wanted to give me some pill which were very effective but had too many side effects. Now I'm trying homeopathy and it's working well. I hope you find something that works for you

you can try Rx but i don't advise it, because if you don't take it with the right food or liquid it can cause HORRIBLE side effects, but washing your back with certain soaps/body washes can help a lot, if not completely :) hope that helps

You can starting use products on it like Proactiv or get a cream from your doctor(it usually will clear soon after.
