Okay, so I recently started a new school 3 weeks ago, and I have made a good amount of friends :)
But i didn't know I had exams until last Wednesday. I thought I only had one exam for history that I do next tuesday, but it turns out I have 8 exams for next week and the week after. I have 2 for geography, 2 for maths, 2 for English, 1 for history, and 1 French assessment. I get really nervous on exams, and I don't even know where I'm meant to be sitting until the day we have to do them. I am confident for the French assessment and English, but I haven't had much time to revise, and even though they are mocks, I would still like to do well in them. I have started to revise history, I am good at English, and as I do nvq french, I get to copy my draft that my teacher has corrected, but I'm rubbish at maths, history and geography. I'm only really good at the coursework. I have started history revision, I'm doing geography today, maths tomorrow and a quick review on them all Monday.
Have any of you got any advice on how to control my nerves? Any comments would be much appreciated. Thanks :)

Dont Stress.

Easier said then done, I know - Stress only leads down a path that we shouldnt stroll down. Take each of them one at a time. Study what you are not so confident with greater then what you are with. It may be worth asking your teachers for some extra material to read over ect. Just battle them one at a time. Be strong, and I know you can get a good result.

As for nerves - they are apart of life :P Relax or "Chill" as some kids say - Believe in yourself and you can achieve anything, I think is the quote. Its 100% true. Walk into the exams knowing that you will do well, and Im sure that you will get a good result. Walk in with doubt, and thats not so good. You will be second guessing yourself throughout all the exams.

Stay Strong.

Get lots of sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, try to relax, and practice breathing excersizes to help you calm down.

Don't worry, it's not a big deal and I am sure that you will do fine. :)

Suprisingly this really helps, it gives you motivation to do well. And it's a good treat for afterwards :P

Don't stress and stay hydrated... This is what I will be doing :)

Get a good night sleep before the exam, this always helps me and i think the having chocolate idea is good. the most important thing is to try and not panic.
