I usually eat about 400-700 calories a day. But I yesterday managed to up my intake to about 900 or 1000 by eating pistachios and soy beans and cashew nuts. I weight 56kgs yesterday. Now I weigh 56.4kgs. I feel horrendous and fat and disgusting and everything else. I swear I look bigger than I did yesterday -.-
Can anyone tell me how long it will take to rid myself of this? I honestly don't know if it's just the salt or what. Maybe it's that time of the month is just round the corner?
Someone please just help me put my mind at ease?
I just wish I could eat normal amounts of food throughout the day without it doing this. I never used to be like this.

Try and eat a wider range of foods instead of nuts, because salt is bad for you, I'm not saying don't eat salt, but don't eat loads of it.
Your mind is playing tricks with you, it is saying you must look thin or you would be ugly. No, it doesn't work like that. Everyone is pretty in there own ways.
Congratulations for gaining those calories to nearly the right amount we need, now try and push further to another 50 calories. Exercise, and eat fruit and veg, and you will feel really good in yourself and slowly you will see a difference. You will feel as of you have achieved something- which you have :)
You will be more at ease when you start doing what I have said, and maybe write a diary of how you feel if you don't like eating, but it is better to eat then not.
If you wanna talk more, message me, I am always here, and good luck with your future and what you decide :)

I exercise daily >< I don't feel right if I haven't gone for a vigorous 40 minute power walk at least... I just can't stand the knowledge that I'm 400 grams heavier than I was yesterday. I can't stand the knowledge that I'm letting it bother me even more. :/

I know this is gonna sound really weird but it's good that you weigh more.
If you can't stand being more, then try counselling or seeing a doctor.
Try and feel confident in yourself, that's the main thing you need to achieve.

I made the mistake of thinking losing weight would make me feel more confident but I never even felt this bad for such an extensive period of time when I was 60kgs give or take a few.
I don't know how to go see a doctor because I've been telling my parents everything is okay with eating now... and everywhere I go, my mum drives me (if I go to the doctors, she drops me off, if I go to the train station, she drops me off etc)
I know I'm not big, but I feel it. I feel good when I weigh less, but I don't know if it's worth the horrible feeling whenever I weigh more and the constant worry about eating as few calories as possible.

Well, tell your mum that you want to feel more confident and go to places by yourself. If she still doesn't let you, say you need to go to the doctors because it's for a friend, and ask for a friend to meet you at the doctors. Say you are there to support her/ him.
I know that feeling that weighing less feels good, just keep on exercising and you will see and feel a difference soon.

0.4kg will not make you look any bigger, it'd be impossible for someone to notice that.
The reason that you gained weight at all is because your body is in starvation mode, and it decides to keep any extra food it's given because it doesn't know when its next meal is coming. If you eat just a little tiny bit more each day, you won't gain weight, becuse your motabolism will speed up as you eat more, so your body won't store all the extra food.
How long has this been going on for? Maybe it's time you went to see your GP, they'll be able to help you, and if they want you to gain weight it's only because you're currently underweight, depending on your height.

I know about starvation mode, that's why I decided it was time to start eating little meals throughout the day, but I can't seem to bring myself to eat much more than 700kcal a day because I've tried and ended up going up in weight over night which I know is a stupid thing to worry about. ><
I managed to lose it all and more yesterday which I'm pleased about, I hate feeling pleased about losing weight though.
It's been going on about... well, I'm not sure when I first started starving myself, but it's been at least 6 months, and the calorie counting/restricting for almost the past month.

You can try to eat that healthy frozen food packets they have in grocery stores and like 2 a day is 600 calories you should try it!

Maybe you could plan all of your meals? I'm not saying you should obsessively count calories, but maybe if you eat 800 calories until you feel comfortable with that amount, and then push it up to 900, then 1000 etc? If you plan all your meals the night before and make sure you stick to it, you shouldn't gain loads of weight, but as long as the meals are full of nutrients, you shouldn't be putting yourself at risk either.
