Mixed signals

So there is this girl I really like, she is a very good friend of mine.
I asked her out once but she refused claiming she doesn't want to risk our friendship.
Thing is, she always says to me that she loves me, even though I know it's a girl thingy, I suspect she really has feelings for me and I just don't know what to think or feel.
Ugh, if only I have gotten a simple answer like a no instead of a dodgy answer like the one I got...

What do you guys think?

Ask her one more time, this time ask for a direct yes or no. That's it, if she says no then drop it :)
