Situation I'm in. It's difficult :(

My friend who I just recently told her that I always had a crush on her asked me if I wanted to start something with her. Now prior to this, we had sex (my first time) and I feel that this crush is intensified. I feel so close to her. I ended up telling her I wanted to try. We cuddle, kiss and still do other things. But she recently told me that she's afraid that if she gets too deep, she might lose feelings for me. I totally understand. But we are sort of friends with benefits now and I STILL FREAKING LIKE HER!!! we still cuddle and all that still. I can't tell if she changed her mind or if she doing it for me. Ive been tripping over this girl for a while now. I'm ok with her wanting to be friends even though I want to be more. And she is ok with me liking her. But I'm just so confused. Almost like she is indirectly teasing me. What is this situation I'm in? What do I do? Where should I go from here?

She might be up for the sex and nothing else.

She might be afriad to get too close to you and after everything she has done with you, she might fear loosing you.

I think you should talk to her and try and figure out why she might loose feelings for you if you both get closer, try and be there for her but without sex and other things.

I really don't think it is a healthy relationship when you fool around and the girl just wants to be "friends."
