I know I'm bi, I accept it. I want to tell my bi friend. But I'm not ready for anybody else to know. He's likely to make it public.

Only come out if you're ready, and are sure you'll be comfortable with it.

Come out when you're ready as Ender said. Make sure you're ready for the consequences. If you don't think he can keep a secret, and you don't want others to know yet I'd suggest put it off till later :)

if youre friend is the kind that will tell everyone, as you said they were, i wouldnt tell him until you are really ready for a lot of other people to know. if he is a close friend of yours, then he should understand that this is something that he cant just go around telling everyone. good luck!

If you think he will talk dont tell him.. I know what its like to be bi and want to tell someone. I told my best girl friend, and she said "i know" it was still a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and i felt great. She was accepting and has helped me out alot.

So wait until you are ready, or tell a good close freind, and your bi friend will know exactly what you are going thur and well be able to help you out alot.... And my guess is that he would be good at keeping secrets. But im almost sure that he does not want to be the only one, and would love it if you were too, but if your going to be bi and have a boyfriend then everyone will find out pretty fast too.
