i am 16 and when i get an erection the foreskin of my penis does not come down to the shaft, it stays around the head, i've read that it usually comes down but mine just stays up there. Is this normal?

It sounds like you're uncircumcised. This is when the foreskin of the penis is left off at the decision of the parents.

no it deppends how much skin and how big your penis is but it doesnt matter, just pull it back before sex

Circumsised and Uncircumsised penis' have this happen to them. Dont worry its normal.

I can pull the skin down when it's non-erect now, but when it starts to go erect it start to hurt until i pull the skin back up, will it eventually just stay down when it's erect?
