i know that when people become teens they get so dam angry, well that is happening to me argh anything and everything almost just ahhhhhh, this wouldnt be so bad but now i kinda git myself into a fight over my hate twice, i was so close to turning round a decking the guy(s) behind me today in english, im usly pretty calm but once i get angry anything can start me back up, so tomorrow my throat is gettin slit by a dam ned lol ( yeah right) so anyways to keep myself calm before i get in more fights(i havent been in any fights so far but i just know im gonna be fighting pretty soon)

Just do the best you can to ignore them, if you ignore them they will eventually get bored. If you are about to turn around and hit them, try taking deep, slow breaths and try and think of something else. i know its not easy, but all you can do is your best.
