Hey guys,
Basically when I wake up I have noticed that my voice is deeper than it is during the rest of the day, is this part of puberty also I have noticed my voice cracks around once a day is this normal?

It happens to me too. Its because your vocal chords are relaxed when you wake up. You experience stress during the day, and your voice becomes higher.
Also, when you sleep gravity no longer contracts your body vertically. This means that your spine is actually elongated after sleeping all night and you are marginally TALLER in the morning than at the end of the day. Also, your vocal cords spread out when laying down for such a long time, and result in a deeper tone in the morning than at the end of the day, when gravity has vertically compressed them a small amount.

Your vocal chords are muscles and, like any other muscle, will tend to be relaxed after sleep and tone up as you start to exercise them. More relaxed means lower pitch (like a guitar or piano string). Also they can accumulate some extra fluid overnight which increases their mass which also lowers the pitch.

Also the lack of water in your system and a dry throat will contribute too
