Shoutbox

after that bug that caused the shoutbox to be removed temporarily, several things were removed/changed

1. Bold, Underline, Italicize buttons removed
2. link parsing disabled
3. Shoutbox announces milestones for every 1000 posts and I think 100 and 500 too? now it does for every 100 posts

it's not a big deal and I don't care if this is rejected, but I'm hoping we could have back those buttons and get the links parse. and maybe change when the shoutbox announces the milestones (back to what it used to be). Not only that, but *'User' has reached # posts!* gets posted multiple times (though I've noticed for me it doesn't do that, but whatever) and it's a little annoying


again this is just a suggestion. no biggie, okay?

I have it all fixed now, but the only thing that is different that it will only show example: "*Jess has reached 1000 posts*" so it's every 1000 posts instead of 100. other than that, everything should be as how it was. Enjoy.
