There is no such thing as fat burning food. If you want result, eat a lot of fruits and vegetable, and stay away from processed and canned food.
Anyway, there is no specific exercise for a specific area. Yes, even running will take away those man boobs. Exercise at least an hour a day, and after a month or two, or maybe six months with managing what you eat, and you will find improvement.
Yes, there is no shortcut for this. I used to have a huge man boobs, but now it is thinned a bit, thanks for the exercises I used to to do.

The only true way to get rid of "Man Boobs" is to lower your Body fat %. So running more like Electric said or just eating less calories then you consume so that it creates a calorie deficiency will lose weight/fat.

You can turn that extra fat into pure muscle by doing push ups. That's really all you have to do if you just want to get rid of the fat.

That is simply not how the body works. You must burn away the fat and then build muscle Or build muscle and then burn the fat.

You can do all the cardio in the world and be fat. It comes down to: are you eating more then you burn? if your eating 4k calories a day and you burn 3.5k your still going to gain weight.

My man boobs are the only thing keeping me from having a rocking body. I work out. Bench mostly. horizontal bench, incline AND decline to work all sides and angles. I also do flys alot. They are getting better and better each week. hopefully they will be gone by July so I can feel good in my board shorts and not be embarrassed.

Bench press, incline bench press, chest flies all of these will turn them into pecs:)

I agree. Especially bench pressing and rowing will tone your pectorals. Watch your portion sizes. Try eating low GI foods. The release of glucose into your bloodstream is more sustained, and will give you longer lasting energy, thus you will not need to eat as much. E.g. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, oats, basically natural stuff :)
And cardio-exercises will help too. Most swimmers carry a bit of extra weight as it assists in buoyancy. And just because you're in the swimming team doesn't mean you have a high fitness level. A 100m race will take say 1m30s. This will just touch the aerobic energy system. Most of the energy you use in swimming is anaerobic (ATP-CP and lactic acid system). So doing some long jogs will be better than swimming.

You can't do any specific exercise to lose weight at a specific part of your body. You'll just have to do the general cardio to burn fat (running, cycling, rowing etc.)

Try sport activities like swimming and sparring. Research has shown that female athletic swimmers have smaller breast size compared to those who are not into swimming and by sparring, you are causing you’re your chest to be in motion. Hence, the gradual build-up of a solid and well-formed chest that is in proportion to your shoulders.
You could try this one. no harm on trying.

I actually disagree muscle under fat just looks like more fat, you need to burn of the fat covering the muscle.

Well for healthy food, eat celery. It contains negative calories so it burns more calories eating and digesting the celery than the celery has in it to begin with!

cardio-exercises are the only way to do it. (running, swimming, etc.)
if you do push ups or just work your chest muscles it will build muscle for sure!
but it will not get rid of your "man boobs".
building the muscle beneath the fat will only make the "man boobs" appear larger.
the problem is not that you have no muscle its that there's a layer of fat covering
the muscle and you must first get rid of this fat for the muscle to be visible.
this means burning fat and you really can't target an area to burn. You have to exercise
your entire body. This means watching what you eat and doing cardio.
be patient, you'll get there :)
