Dresses:How short is too short?

If you think personally it's too short wear leggings under it. I can't see the picture because the site is blocked on my computer for some reason, but it's all based on your comfort level in the end.

Too short is when it looks like a T-Shirt.

Too short is the point where you feel uncomfortable and every person (not just guys) you walk past stares at you because you look ridiculous.

Basically, if you have the figure for it, there's nothing wrong with showing a bit more leg, just don't make it look trashy and make sure you're capable of staying suitably covered up throughout the day.

Like Sammy said, if you feel it's a little too short put leggings underneath. I always think about if it feels too short and the finger tips rule, if the skirt doesn't even go near past your fingertips, it's most likely too short. Just in my opinion.
