title really says it all. thought i'd logon and pronounce my failure to the internet. 6 months free--gone. part of me is rewarded, is happy i finally gave in. i'd been fighting it for a while now. i even got out the knife a couple days ago. now i went through with it again. :(

Repeat after me; we all make mistakes, we all fall down, we all have to find a way to get back up again.

Cutting is a hard thing to get through and sometimes when we're at our weakest it just breaks us.

Getting through 6 months is an incredible achievement!!! Congratulations.

I know that it might hard trying to get back up again because the thoughts of "I've managed to fail this badly, why not just stay and fall back into this comfort/old habit". Try to get back up again. It just gets harder the longer you keep giving in. I know how it feels, I made it 7 months and gave up. It's been a on and off battle since. 6 months is great, slipping up is natural and we all do it. You haven't failed cause your still trying to give up and that's what matters.
