Loosing weight is quite simple. Weight is gained with an excess of calories. First, you should find your calorie maintenence. What this means, is the amount of calories your body consumes each day to maintain your weight with your lifestyle.

If you're serious about losing weight, I'd suggest cleaning up your diet first. Diet is key when wanting to gain weight or lose weight. You may have an effective routine; however, if you consume junk food, it won't do you any good. Start by eating cleaner. Google can be used to find a diet or just simply tips to help you clean up your eating habits for a healthier physique. Try cutting out excess sugars from soda, junk food, fast food, etc.

Next, do something you love. Go for a walk, bicycle, shoot some hoops. Even a small amount of exercise will aid to your benefit. If possible, I'd suggest finding a cost efficient gym around you and hit the gym with a routine called Rippletoes Starting Strength. I don't recommend crash dieting because it's not healthy. Swimming is one of the best ways to get in shape. Swimming is basically a full body workout and extremely effective.

Find your calorie maintenance and cut 500 a day from that and you'll see weight loss. As I've said, weight is very simply: calorie surplus or shortage.

Cycling. Cycling is the best thing you can do to loose weight, cycle up hills. Running and swimming are good to. And having a healthy diet is really good.

For your weight and stuff, how tall are you? It also depends on the amount of muscle you have to be honest, its not accurate for us to judge if we don't know those things.

You say daily work outs aren't working for you, but are you sticking to them and doing other things to help? It needs to be balanced. You can't do it without changing both your diet AND your exercise schedule. You need to find out your average daily calorie intake. If its higher than what it should be try to work it down to 1500 per day and then ease it up slowly to what it should be. Cut out fatty junk foods, you don't have to stop all together but at least cut it down to only a small amount per day, you still need some energy especially if you're going to be working out more often than you would usually do. Replace the unhealthy foods with fruits and vegetables. Increase your intake of calcium and protein and make sure you eat little and often. Don't snack between meals but make sure you don't burn yourself out. Keep an eye on your salt intake and when you're exercising the best things to drink are water and a sports drink.

After you've sorted your diet out you can start to work on your exercising. Start out light, don't overwork yourself. Jog, run, swim and cycle and for at least half an hour a day and once your body has gotten used to it, up it to 45 per day, then an hour. like i said before keep an eye on your diet because the more exercise you do you need to make sure your body is catered for when it comes to energy.

You need a lot of motivation to do this, if you lose interest and stop doing any of it then the other parts aren't going to go the way you want either. If you want it you need to work for it, its not an easy thing to do but if you're dedicated and motivated towards it the time will fly by.

You are not "huge," but if you want to lose weight, you have to eat less calories than you burn. That's the most basic principle of losing weight.
