Help with a girl...

Im new to the forums so this is my first post please don't kill me if it's in the wrong section :P
So there's this girl that I really like and were friends I asked her out once but she said yeah maybe sometime when I did and later told me that she didn't want to go out with anyone atm and her best friend is a good friend of mine so she told her that I was gonna ask her out again and she said that she didn't mind that. The main problems are that Im far off from attractive but people say they like my personality and that I know of at least 2 other guys like her 1 of which is my best friend but he always sits by her in registration and always gets to talk to her and the second is a bit of a stalker but its good for me as i can talk to her about him to break the ice but i know i shouldn't worry about him as she said she would pick me over him any day but unfortunately for me it never will be between me and him please give me some advice.

Just be honest to her and tell her you like her and you wanna hang out sometime and make plans. If she's a good girl shell say yes cuz u seem sweet and like a great guy so u have nothing to worry about. Even if she says no it's her loss you seem like an amazing guy and it would b her loss but just tell her how u feel and ask her to hang out ^.^

@randy.boii Thanks I'll try and do that but no one thinks of me in that way all the girls say Im a great friend and that everyone one like me but only as a friend :/
Im going for the night at tim's house (he's the stalker :P) and she's going as well as some other girl's she asked me if i can stop him well doing anything if u know what i mean but I really want to always tell her about my feelings I just don't have enough confidence or the right moment I make sure I stay after school everyday to talk to her but were never alone.

Well I'm 15 and I got a 18 year old girlfriend and no one ever bought I'd even get any girl ao if a guy like me can get a singer dancer model actress that's 18 u can get her

If you really want her to say yes, be direct and confident. She'll like that :) Don't beat around the bush or be shy. Heck, ask her in front of her friends if you can't get her alone. Good luck!
