I think it is basically an amalgamation of what everyone has stated. You could be doing it so frequently that it does not have the same affect it would have if you were doing it every so often. It could also be that you are maybe not having a good visual stimuli because that could help a lot.

Though not jerkin for some days may help...some people just don't have as intense orgasms as every1 else!...I can jerk off after 12 hours and it'll be just as intense and good...and I've heard of some people even passing out because their orgasms are too intense so in a way you can be happy that you won't accidenty pass out and have some one find you in a compromising position..lol
