An exacto knife on a board of gold foil covered in India ink.
Only took about 3 hours.

Problem- Pencils don't work so well on gold foil or black ink. (:

Scratch art is very easy to make look appealing. A young child could do it, no lie.

Amazing work. I can only draw the sketches on it, and they still look like shit. This is a masterpiece. I don't understand why things like your guys' art don't get put in art gallerys but huge orange painted triangles do.

Because mine are recreations, not original pieces, and even still, something like it has been done before. Art is about breaking boundaries and finding new mediums of expression, this is rather generic.

Practice makes perfect in all forms of art. If you don't succeed, just try again. This was actually only the second scratch board I had ever attempted. You can tell due to his hands and other mistakes in the piece.
