Ok so I want you to take a look at the pics at the bottom of this page and tell me honestly if you think im fat. I dont want to be like a stick but i just want to be thinner around my stomach and thighs. I do karate two times a week and I play tennis and I ride my bike to school but i cant help but eat things that are bad for me cuz my family keeps buying choclate and crap which i just get into when i need a hit. what can I do?

From what I can see, you're not fat at all, so you must be doing something right! :)

I realised that it doesnt look it with a shirt on but I dont feel comfortable without my shirt on.

You're not fat / overweight, you look like a fairly healthy weight for your age.

what can I do?

Stop eating all of the crap you said about :P

Learning some self-control is the only way to stop, it's up to you how much you want to loose the weight.

your not fat, if you think you are, remember the sports you do, they build mass which will lead to muscle making you look "fat". just eat a little less, do some toning workouts and youll be grand :)
