The guy I like, this is.

He's cut himself, lots. Because the girl who he likes (who is my best friend) has got a boyfriend. (That's not the only reason, he has quite a hard life anyway). I need a way to fix him.
I've tried i've tried i've tried. But he doesn't realise. I need to find a way of telling him it's up to him. He needs to draw his own map, find his own path, take a breath and he needs to run away from everything that's hurting him. But he's too important to me. I can't say anything on the risk of losing him.
Anyone have any ideas to fixing him? It's hurting me too.

Well, both of you should find an activity. Something to keep his minds off things. Something he likes and enjoys from either knitting to boxing. Finding activities you both like will also bring a closer bond between you and him. Helping each other out would be easier that way too. Call him out for skating or something. Find out what he liked to do when he was younger. Try that :) good luck on getting him back to his normal self.

Iam.

You cant "fix him" , there's no magical formula to make him happy and have no problems. But yes you should invite him to do things. What JohnHoper said.. get his minds off things. Have fun, or just hang out and talk to eachother. Keep him busy. Hope it all turns out well.
