This is probably the opposite of what most guys want but I feel like im just to skinny. As I have said in previous posts I'm fairly skinny at 13 and weighing 95 pounds. My bones show to the point where people in my class call me "Bones"! I need tips on how to gain weight in a healthy way and something that actually works please! Thanks :D

You might want to try "muscle gain." In thios way, the weight you put on will be muscle, instead of fat. Keep in mind, eating junk isn't a healthy weight gain. To start off, you may want to jog in the mornings or start going to a gym, and you want to balance your food intake each day. Hope this helped. :)

Gaining muscle by weight training or cardio running will help with the growth you need. But you must also eat as well because to excersice right, you need plenty of carbohydrates and calories to get you through the day :) I used to be just skinny, but I took up Track and did muscle training when bored.

Best thing to do is increase your protein intake. Things like steak, chicken and things like fish, eggs and beans. Like Caitlin said theres two ways to gain weight, the unhealthy way though junk foods and a healthier way through balancing out what you eat and increasing the amount of protein you eat. Secondly try slowly increasing the amount of exercise you do, go jogging a few times a day for at least 20 minutes - half an hour each time. Sign up at a gym, they'd be able to help you with this sort of stuff as well. The more exercise you do the better your appetite will be so just keep it level and you should slowly begin to gain more weight.

Actually is all about the calorie intake, if you eat more than you need then you'll gain weight but whatever you gain muscle or fat depends on the quality of the food you eat (Healthy or Unhealthy)

For eating keep it simple, lots of meat, chiken, fish, eggs, milk, cheese and a lot of whole grains and vegetables, you should eat nuts too.

And for exersicing i wouldn't recommend more than two sessions of cardio per week that will burn up calories and you don't need that, I'd advise you to go to a gym and start with a strenght training actually i've got a really good program for you
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224 if you have any doubt about the program read the FAQ and the questions there, it's very interesting.

I'd strongly advise you to follow this program but if you can't afford or can't go to a gym, or you just feel you couldn't even handle the bar then start with bodyweight exersices, The basics are Squats, Push-Ups and Pull-Ups, search on youtube for more exersices.

And remember No pain No Gain

Hope it helped
