Sure it's ok, but does it signify some health problem? Discharge could be from venereal disease, but I doubt you have one. My guess is that it's just spontaneous ejaculation. I would think more masturbation would stop your body from needing to release the semen unexpectedly.

The penis isn't going to ejaculate if it isn't stimulated a good deal. Even if your penis is sooooo sensitive that you would achieve orgasm with one touch, you would know you just had an orgasm and that you're perticularly sensitive. I don't think anyone can be THAT sensitive.
