25th amendment video

Using GoAnimate, I have to create a video about the 25th amendment. I need some ideas, because this amendment isn't exactly my favorite.

Isn't that about presidency? Because if so...

Can it be funny? Show Obama getting deported to his home-land and our vice president become president. Make a big deal out of it, showing a false birth certificate, blah blah blah. I would be the smart ass to do something like that if it was requested. If they didn't tell me to make it 'serious' I would make it completely humorous. It would get the point across!
