Okay first let me apologize for the LONG message and THANK YOU if you are reading this right now! :)

... I'm an average Filipino Sophomore (2nd year high school) from Las Vegas, NV, and there's this amazing girl that I truly adore for a while. We've been talking/texting more often now. Unfortunately She has a boyfriend since November of 2010, but she has been telling me recently that her relationship isn't going well and has been "going down the drain since February." Her boyfriend is also my friend, and all 3 of us knew each other since Freshmen year. He's also been the jealous type, and making her change a lot... which she doesn't appreciate. By change I mean change her personality, no cussing at all, dressing more appropriately, etc, because of his religion (Mormonism). For about a month (since March 26) we've been hanging together, going to concerts together, and eventually both of us has developed a liking to each other. She even told me herself that she "adores" me too... and we've even developed a secret relationship now... both of us are confused because we want to be together, but then we can't :\... PLEASE HELP, I NEED ADVICE!!!

Have her break it off with the guy. If this girl is worth your friendship with him then that might be what it comes to, just don't go behind your friend's back, or follow the guy code. Don't go after a girl your friend is in a relationship with.

But... idk... like she said she's confused on which one of us she want's to be with, and I do not want to worsen our relationship by pressuring her to break up with him... :/

Well, what you're doing right now is messing with your friend. I'd suggest back off until she makes up her mind. Considering you're probably one of the few guys he trusts her with imagine what it will do to his trust?
