I can get it all the way back and have since i was like 12. Try doing it in the shower or bath cos the skin will become less tight and it will stretch easier and then you will be easier to pull it back.

It's weird because for years, like from 11 to 15 I could not for the life of me pull it down when I was erect. And when I would pull it down soft and get hard it would kill and get all tight and that.

And then, for no reason a couple weeks ago I noticed that I could just pull it all the way down whilst erect and it wasn't tight, and I was like :yeah:

I was able to pull it back until like the age of 13 then I left it until 16 and realized something wasn't right, visit to the doctors and was told I needed to be circumcised due to tight foreskin and other medical reasons and now I'm cut and have been for 5 weeks.

Go and get it checked. Better sooner than later.

Almost all the way, I had a preputioplasty operation last year but I still cant pull it back all the way when I'm erect. I've been to the doctors about it and he said that it may be because some people don't produce the oils that lubricate it so that it goes back until late puberty.

It depends. If I just have a standard erection, like in the morning for example I can pull it back all the way, but if I am really turned on then I can't pull it back all the way. But usually when you are that turned in the foreskin just stays pulled back anyway
