I'm only 5.7 and I'm 15. I'm not even 6 inches, so don't feel worried. When I was your age, I think my dick was around 4.5-5" long, so you'll grow into about 5 inches or so once you grow older. Compared to other kids his age... No, compared to where you were at his age most likely. I've heard of more kid's at the age of 16 that are only 5 maybe 6 inches. So I know more kids his age smaller or about the same as him. Some puberty has everything to do with growth, so maybe he started puberty at say 12. but that was just body hair and stuff, now he's 13 and now his penis is growing. There is not a single person who goes through it the same way. Look through the forums and notice how many 13 year olds aren't claiming to have 4+ inch penises.
