Sometimes, I might be sitting or standing somewhere and my testicals will begin to hurt and give me pain uncontrolably when I know that someone hasnt hit me or kicked me there. Sometimes this might go on for a half an hour. Is their something really wrong with me?

I've had that same exact problem, I went the the doctors as I was a little worried that something could be wrong, and lets face it, No guy wants to put his family jewels on the line. So after an being examined (talk about awkwardness) my doctor concluded that it was growing pains that were causing it, He said that the longest it should last is an hour or so and that it may or may not come back.

I would wait a bit, and see if it's the same if not, then set up an appointment with your doctor and see if you can get an explanation.

It could be either growing pains or blue balls. Does it usually happen after you have been turned on but never came?

I think it's growing pains. It doesn't sound like blue balls but it could be. I would go to a doctor but if you aren't that worried, then refrain from masturbation for a while and try and not mess with them. But the number one thing to do is doctor.

Growing pains? I don't think so. Its never normal to have pain in your penis or balls. If this is happening a lot, I'd have it checked.

It is normal to OCCASIONALLY have pain in that area, but if the pain's persistent, I would get it checked out by a professional

I get pain sometimes, but it doesnt last for up to an hour.
