Does pre-ejaculate aka pre-cum contain sperm?

I think not. I think it only contains sperm when a previous ejaculation occurred and if the male didn't pee before.

Any thoughts?

well i don't think any sperm in pre cum, i think it just there for being lube

the purpose of pre-cum is to clear the urethra (tube in which u pee and cum from) from any acid from pee so that sperm are able to live when u ejaculate. there is a chance that it may contain some sperm.

I think I read in a couple places that pre cum can contain sperm. The main purpose of it is to clear the penis from and urine that can kill sperm, and act as a lubricant.

Yes, pre-cum does contain traces of sperm. It's the bundles of millions of sperms cells that make the white color in cum.
