Hey,
I am 13 and my penis is 4 inches. Is this regular? I feel emmbarassed sometimes at school when other guys talk about that subject, cause I don't know if I should tell the truth...

hey, you shouldn't worry about it. You're only 13, you have plenty of time to grow during puberty. :)

Dude I was only 3 inches hard at your age. My friends knew and didn't talk about me, at least not to my face lol.

Well at a point in life you will realize you have to lie to survive,so using lies to hide something emberassing isn't wrong.

Yes, I think that you are fine at that measurement. Keep in mind you still have like 6-7 years to grow!!!! That is alot of years and many inches to come. Just wait it out and the waiting will be worth it once you are done growing. Once again, I think that you are normal for your age and you have very much time to grow.

You're about avg maybe a litte small I'm a year older tha you and I'm half an inch smaller so don't feel too bad

i just turned 13 just about 6 inches but i have a friend who is 14 and his is like 2 inches soft and he just lies so i would just do that

ur size sounds perfectly normal for your age. as for your friends at school...what ever size they say they got, subtract 3 inches and that's their actual size, approximately. haha

guys grow at different rates when i was 13 i was small now i'm 8inches and my friends that were bigger aren't as big
