Not sure how to handle this

I live in a foster home, the 1 person I was able to communicate with I'm not allowed to talk to me anymore because my foster parent is mad with this person for calling on something wrong she did. He was the only person I feel comfortable to share with and look out for me and my sister, how should I handle this?

I hate to say this, but I'd look into going to the police with your sister. Judging by this and one of your other posts, you definitely don't want to be in the custody of your foster parents, so that's probably the best thing you can do.

I'll have to try something, but I know my sis is too afraid to say something or try another home. Its ok im not at the point of doing anything crazy. Thanks for the imput.
