What do you mean "Go to bed" and where on your leg's is he touching you? You don't have to do anything you don't want to. If you feel uncomfortable just tell him you're uncomfortable; if he is a good guy he'll understand.

I love him touching my legs (the thigh and bottom) its very fun and nice but not wanting to get ideas of sleeping together because probably i'm not ready. Do guys get ideas of sleeping together when they touch there?!1

Guys almost always think about sex, not to make a generalization. He won't try anything most likely, and if he tries anything you're not ready for just say no.
It seems like it's just innocent him expressing his feelings for you right now.

Yep started tennis a week ago and met at tennis so we play at the court everyday since!1 :)
