Well, I don't think I have a complete understanding of what you want to talk to them about but I assume its about being bi or gay. I would sit down, preferably with one parent at a time, and just say something to break the ice, even if you have to smash it by saying "Hey, I'm bi/gay....". However a softer approach might be "You know, lately I've been feeling like I might be attracted to guys...."
I don't really thing there's a effective way to break the ice as lightly as you would like to so in order start the conversation, you should probably just dive right in and get to the point.

^^^I am with him^^^
I dont really understand what you are trying to tell them. And like master7chief, I think its might be about being gay or bi. I think that you should start with the parent that you think is more understanding. Then make sure that you and your parents are on the same page. They most likely will accept you decision.
