So, I have had my first kiss before.. It was just a little more than a quick peck, but we never made out, or frenched. I was always nervous to, and afraid I'd be bad at it. We broke up, (for other reasons I assure you) annd now I am with another guy almost a year later and I like him, and we've kissed, but I'm not sure how to make him make out or French me :-p or to lead into a make out..how many pecks untill we start making out, but not fully frenching??

Just relax, it will happen. You can't make him, but you can initialize it yourself :)

What kind of kissing do you do to ease into a french?
It seems like whenever we kiss, it is just twice in a row and then we're done. He's had relationships before and kissed before, so he should know what he's doing. But I feel like when we kiss, he wants me to lead, so what could help me to lead into a makeout?

Don't be nervous, do what feels right. Maybe part your mouth a little to let him know it's alright :)

What is the difference between making out and pecks?

I will try my best to define this. I'm not sure how to. Usually extended periods of kissing, involving french kissing. A peck may be a few seconds, but making out can last for long periods of time.
