Okay, so whenever i want (example)open a word document, i start word and then i go into file and i select open. the "Open with..." menu opens, and it freezes (or is unresponsive). I dont know how to fix this, so im asking anybody that can help, help me.
i have windows vista basic 32-bit.
i dont know how/when this started to happened. maybe a couple months ago i tried opening something but it wouldnt let me so i just went around it, like i used to do with like winrar(open winrar and just enter the file location). now that i cant really go around it, i dont know what to do. im trying to import something into a program and there is no other way around it... help? :-/
