Just curious, I hope this isn't breaking the rules or anything, but I haven't seen anything else about it.

You're not alone, I've got it too. I've had it for just over 4 years now, but only got diagnosed two years back. If you need to talk about it or need any help feel free to contact me i know how hectic it can make your life. I found this site here (http://www.ptsdforum.org/c/) to be a great help during the months coming up to Christmas, give it a look through it might help somewhat. Like i said above, if you need anyone to talk to im always around. Just email the address in my signature or pm me I'll be happy to help.

Thanks for the reply, and it does get wicked hectic. :( The flashbacks are the worst part for me.
I took a peek, and looked at the rules. (: It seems like a pretty good place. Thanks for telling me about it.

I have C-PTSD and I've had it for a damn long time. Not something I ever expect to get away from even though it's not as bad as it was a few years ago, but it's definitely still there.

They're definitely the worst for me too, though they've cut down since I've been on medication for it. I still get the odd night though :(

My psychologist was saying that it's what I might have, but she's been going on about what I might have for a while.

She was saying that she thinks I might have it related to when I was raped, and I later looked up the symptoms and it looks pretty spot-on, but I'm not diagnosed obviously.

I was diagnosed with PTSD. I think I've posted about flashbacks on the forum before. I just don't really talk about it on here a lot, because well there's nothing I can really do about it.

Still not sure how to cope with the flashbacks.
