Thanks in advance for reading this, it's likely a bit rantish and possibly triggering.
I was diagnosed with anorexia two years ago, and it's been up and down since then. I've gone two months so far eating halfway normally, which is two small meals a day and a snack before lunch. I'm stepping my way up, but it's as if I don't want to anymore. I miss bones. I miss feeling light. I don't want to give up, as I've gone this far, but I don't know how to keep going.
Thanks everyone.
xx

Thanks a bunch. I do exercise, but this week isn't going to be so easy, lol. I am on the track team, but I have exercise induced asthma, and my aunt isn't getting my advair refill until Friday, so until then I just have my emergency inhaler.
Thanks so much for the advice. (:

hey Lauren
welldone for going on the road to recovery! I understand you missing the feeling, but it is purely pyschological. I agree with Timmy that you should not stop eating, but do light exercise.
My friend almost died with anorexia, she's now recovering! And in fact she wants to be a plus size model, please read her blog. She's an inspiration and I think it might help you:
