I had mine until i started jacking off regularly. Then they just stopped.

wet dreams are because of a buildup of sperm inside your body. so yeah if you stop jacking off, then your body will have to release it therefore; wet dream.

A wet dream is the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen from the penis during sleep. This is caused by sexual arousal and orgasm from dreams and/or physical stimulation like rubbing against blankets, the bed or a full bladder. It can also happen from a built up of semen. Some people get them all the time and some never get them (like you). Wet dreams usually occur during the ages of 12 - 18. If you stopped, there is a possibility you could have one.

I dont think you grow out of them anyone who produces sperm can get them. If you jack off on a daily bases then you most likely will not get one. It depends on how often you jack off.
