diabeties...?

jus wonderin if there is anyone out there with diabeties type 1?
im diagnosed 4 years but lately find it impossible to control, my ''normal'' blood sugar nowadays is 18+ =/
ive changed my diet to less carbohydrates n lower the sugar to virtually nill, im a very active person n am trying not to increase my insulin
so jus lookin to seeif anyone has any advice?
would be GREATLY appreciated =]

I've got it. I've had it since i was 5. If you're finding it hard to control it it might be a good idea for you to see your doctor and have him go through these things with you. Its difficult to tell you personally how to control it because really it depends on you as a person especially when I don't know you. It depends on your diet each day, your exercise levels and your body weight etc.

n i have talked to my doctor n she said to jus keep doing what im doing n theyl eventually correct themselves, but its not workin n im just getting frustrated >.<

A endocrineologist is a Physician that specialises int he Endocrine system, they deal a lot with body secretions (insulin)
