Not necessarily. Many users become friends on the site and want to chat via a instant messaging service.
If however we hear reports of camming we deal with it severely.

Yes. Because we share MSN addresses and Skype IDs, it means we all have the intention of waving our cocks around in front of a webcam. The system leaves you with a little responsibility and trust; the idea of VT isn't to alienate everyone and make sure that contact can only be held on this website.

Most people want to have more ways of them to be contacted instead of VT, like live chatting, so thats why its there. Also not everyone wants to be cammed -_-

Actually, in literal terms, Skype with other VT members is grounds for a smack from the ban hammer. If you read how it's written, it just says camming. It doesn't separate explicit webcam chats from casual ones.
On that ground:
If however we hear reports of camming we deal with it severely.
The entire Skype Crew group should have been deleted and banned according to the clause in it's literal term.
So in a way, yes. Allowing Skype, AIM, MSN, Yahoo, etc contact info is waiting for webcams to be used. Especially Skype.

Yes, but also, we trust that people will use off-site services properly. If however they do not, and are reported to us, we will deal with it.
