Hey, I'm 15 and when I jack off I only last like 45 seconds. Its really annoying! I wanna know how can I last longer?

I could tell you how to last longer, but I believe that this is considered Jacking Off Techniques...so you better be prepared for this thread to be locked. Sorry dude. :(

Well, before this is locked, let me tell you - slow down. My guess is that, when you do jack off, you go at it as fast as you can. If you slow down, you will greatly increase both the amount of time it takes you and your pleasure. For me, I MAYBE do three strokes every second, and thats kind of on the faster side for me. I usually last anywehre between 10 and 30 minutes

Its not premature ejac; ive lasted from 20 seconds to 15 minutes. My advice is to look on jackinworld.com and search the baggie & the mattress technique. it works really well to help ur endurence.

Happens to me too. It annoys the hell out of me. Try the stop and go method. If you don't know what it is, google it. It works pretty well for me.
