lol. sure they can. plus i dont think they will actually do it. they just know that you will be extra special careful if they tell you that cause you dont want them to do it.

my parents still tell me that if i mess up they arent afriad to spank me with my pants down at any age. it definitely keeps me from causing trouble.

well, my parent's dont spank me anymore, but I have had MANY spankings in the past. They can do this, and definitely should if you were disobeying them. There's some crap about spanking being child abuse floating around in the government, but it's not. It''s punishment. If you didn't disobey them (which I doubt they would have threatened you if yo didn't) and they do spank you, it could be child abuse

It's discipline. If you disobey your parents here a spanking (At any age) is a suitable punishment. Until a certain point but after that it become abusive.
