I'm deadly scared..!!

My parents know i'm thin. but you see in my mothers family, all the females are thin until they have children.
I've had this for years. about 3 now.
It all started after i was attacked..
i really dont know what to do anymore :(

Take several deep breaths. It's okay, we all understand here, and you can be helped.

Is it okay if I ask you to open up a bit more about your bulimia history? Like, this attack and how this triggered it, your self-esteem, your problems? Sometimes, just getting it all out there can be a big help. And then that could help you decide the best courses of action to take; who to tell, what counselors to see, what to read up on.

So you parents don't actually know you've got an eating disorder? Is it possible to make them understand? If not, are there any other people you could tell first? Like, a friend or a sibling or someone?

Hmm well about 6/7 years ago my nan's partner started abusing me..
That stopped after about a year or two.
Three years and 1 week ago I was brutally raped by 3 guys in a park, Im not going to go into details.. because im triggered :/ I ended up pregnant, and you'll probably say why didnt you get the morning after pill etc... but i didnt because i was ashamed. in august of 2008 four months after the attack, i had a miscarriage..
i sort of blame myself because i started to sh and i began making myself sick etc.
i was sh free for a year and a half until last november when i was attacked again.
and have been sh since then :/

They dont know..
and a few friends sort of know..

Making yourself sick is obviously not normal, and a sign of an eating disorder. Although most people with bulimia do not lose weight. As bulimia consists of both bingeing and then purging.

A BMI of 14.5, is pretty low, although it is on the extremely low side of normal and could POSSIBLY be due to genetic reasons, although this isn't likely.

We can't tell you if you have an eating disorder from just your weight etc. You'll have to give us details of your eating habits.

well what im asking is it bulimia or something else??

Well ok,

i dont eat breakfast at all!! i'll eat around 1 or 2 it'll be like a sandwich or a bowl of soup thats all.. and for dinner around 7 or 8 i'll have something a bit bigger.. But theres nothing in between or after this.
I usually make myself sick after each meal and i usually eat on my own.. but when i cant like sunday dinner, i have to eat what everyone else is given and i just feel so fat afterwards.
somedays i use laxatives (senokot) to help me lose weight.
i weigh myself about 2-3 times a day..

i walk twice a day.. atm im only doing 10km in 40 mins each time..! and im going to start running it instead.
i've also started feeling really faint and that although i've been told i have vasovagal syncope.

my menstrual cycle is irregular. i could get it twice a month or more or not get it at all..

i've had the flu 3 times in the last 6 weeks. taken me about 9 days to get rid of it...

anything else you need to know?

This doesn't sound like bulimia to me. If you look at the diagnostic criteria here (http://www.medicalcriteria.com/site/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=79%3Apsybulimia&catid=76%3Apsychiatry&Itemid=80&lang=en), it says that a binge followed by a purge at least twice a week is needed to be classed as bulimia. A binge is an exceptionally large amount of food, and one meal doesn't count as a binge. A binge would probably be an amount that's a lot larger than most people would eat at once. I once at a whole cheesecake, that's an example of a binge.

People with anorexia can still purge, it's actually quite common for people with anorexia to purge after meals.

No one here can diagnose you, but it sounds more like anorexia than bulimia.
