Yep, thats completely normal, Mine is wider than the shaft, alot of peoples' are.

Definitely normal. During the last stages of puberty, your penis gets wider and your head will be larger than the shaft.

*edit* to make this on topic. Yes, there is a lot of variation in penises but having the glans (head) larger in diameter than the shaft is generally accepted as the norm.
