Well, I'm going to a Brokencyde concert soon and Dot Dot Curve, Vampires Everywhere, and obviously Brokencyde are going to be playing. I've never been to a concert before and I was wondering how chaotic do you guys think it will be there?

It depends on how the crowd is. Most concert I've gone too have a mellow crowd but were still very much into the show. Just don't go in expecting the worst and you'll be fine.

Ugh, Brokencyde.

Probably crazy. There will be lots of teenagers dressed in all black with scene hairstyles and screaming/moshing. If you don't want to mosh, get away from it because it's violent. :P

But it's lot of fun. I hope you enjoy it! :D

Sometimes concert crowds will really surprise you. Of the 3 Bon Jovi concerts I've been to, there was quite a bit of pot that I could smell, and drunk people EVERYWHERE, at two of them; it was actually surprisingly chaotic. Yet at the Ozzy concert I saw, there was minimal alcohol and it was surprisingly much tamer. Though it should be taken into account that the concert-goers had... well, "aged" along with the bands... So it really just depends on the people in your area that go.

The worst experience I've had at a concert was actually a Blue October concert, shockingly enough. Lots of drinking, fighting and some woman passed out and they had an ambulance come. I've been to all sorts of metal and industrial concerts, never had anything close.

There was some guy smoking pot at the HIM concert though, I could smell it. Not surprised, everyone was smoking at that concert.

I have a friend that went to Mayhem even, in 2009 when Marilyn Manson was one of the main stage bands, and she reported no issues and less drinking than the Blue October concert I went to. It definitely varies. Punk concerts, though, are the only ones that I've consistently had issues with, but that's to be expected.

*goes to listen to Brokencyde*

....
Oh. Umm. Good luck.

Seeing as your going to a BrokNCYDE concert all the girls don't want to move around too much because they might mess up their hair.

Also, it will probably make a difference if it's a standing or seating concert (but in America they're mostly seated). If that's the case then it should be a little less chaotic since there's chairs in everyone's way, but if it's standing... Get to the front and hold on tight. >.>
